Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in there original sealed packaging and unused condition with no signs of damage. The buyer is responsible for any return shipment costs.​

All sale and waxidents are final sale with no rain checks and are not eligible for return or exchange.

I do hope you are happy with your purchase, if you are not completely happy please drop me an email hello@dashingembers.com and I will do all I can to rectify any problems.

If your candle, diffuser or any glass/ceramic product arrives damaged please email me with pictures and details within 48hrs of receiving so we can sort it out straight away.

Wax can and does break in the post, though this is rare. This is not a fault. If you buy waxidents these are already broken and not as pretty as usual, this is just cosmetic, they still smell perfectly and melt amazing.

Please remember the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural, so they will have slight variations from batch to batch and some naturally-occurring defects that will have no adverse effect on the performance of the product but may be purely cosmetic (eg: frosting on the wax)
